The service
Silent Failure is provided by ZiiX. We aim to keep it available, and we will tell you when it is not — a monitoring system that is quiet about its own outage is the thing this product exists to argue against.
Your data
It is yours. You can delete a host, and everything collected about it goes with it. Close the account and the organisation goes too.
Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Free has no card and no end date.
What we do not promise
Silent Failure reports what it can measure. It cannot promise that a machine is secure — only that it will say clearly when it does not know.
