What Silent Failure stores, for how long, and who can reach it.

About you

An account is an email address, a name and a password hash, plus the organisation it belongs to. Billing is handled by Stripe; we store the customer and subscription identifiers, never a card number.

About your hosts

Host names, operating system and kernel versions, installed package versions, listening ports, container names and images, measurements, matched log lines, and SSH and sudo outcomes. Log lines are kept for as long as your plan says and are then deleted.

We do not store the contents of your files, and image scanning records the location of a secret rather than its value.

Who can reach it

Every query is scoped to your organisation. A user in one organisation cannot address data in another, and that boundary is tested rather than assumed.
